TOMMY SPARKS - SHE GOT ME DANCING

New sounds from the Swedish pop maestro plus find out how you could be playing on the same stage with Tommy at Underage Festival!

Following in the footsteps of Annie, Lykke Li , Sam Sparro and Frankmusik - Stockholm born Tommy Sparks is one of the new electronic musicians with a pop sensibility. His music has been called hyper-pop, or meta-pop, or mega-pop, and it's very Scandinavian.

He has already toured with Bloc Party and Foals and appears on the latest Prodigy album. He is a multi-instrumentalist and insists on playing every last note himself – guitars, bass, keyboards, drums – on his forthcoming album, which is due out May 11. The album was recorded in an out-house next to his mother's home on islands outside Stockholm. The only outside help came from Arctic Monkeys and Foals studio whiz Mike Crossey.

His new single - 'She got me Dancing' is due out May 4 and is the follow up to his debut single 'I'm a Rope'

You can catch Tommy live in the UK over the next couple of months at various venues including a spot on the Youth Music Stage at the Underage Festival in London where he'll be reunited with Ladyhawke who he is accompanying on tour.  See full list of dates below.
