MERCY ME - IT'S DUFFY!

New single from the Welsh popstress dubbed the modern day Dusty Springfield

‘Mercy’, is out February 25 and is the second single from Duffy’s album ‘Rockferry‘, which is due to be released March 3.

Welsh lass Duffy is signed to Rough Trade Records and has teamed up with Suede's ex-guitar player Bernard Butler, who co-wrote the album with her and helped create a sound which has led her to be compared to the late great Dusty Springfield.

Duffy has generated a lot of buzz over the last few months and ‘Mercy’ was recently Jo Whiley's record of the week on BBC Radio 1.
