YOUTH MUSIC ACTION ZONE WEEK: NORTH WEST

CUMBRIA YOUTH MUSIC ACTION ZONE: SOUNDWAVE

• 25/10/06: SoundWave Special Event: Ambisonics session 11-18 year olds. 10-4pm, 8 Oxford Street, Workington.
• 25/10/06: SoundWave Special Event: Songwriters project launch 11-18 year olds. 6-8.30pm, 8 Oxford Street, Workington.
• 26/10/06: Boom Dang Sideways Drumming Group 11-18 year olds. 5-7pm (Beginners), 7-9pm (Advanced), St Mary's Church Hall, Dalton.
• 28/10/06: BlueJam Saturday Session 8-18 year olds. 10.30-1.30pm, Centre 67, Appleby.
• 30/10/06: Parton Sessions on Band Work. 8-18 year olds. 6-8pm, Parton Youth Club.
• 31/10/06: Beat it Up Sideways Drumming Session 11-16 year olds. 3.30-5.30pm, Stainburn School, Workington.
• 31/10/06: BlueJam Tuesday After School 8-18 year olds. 3.45-5.45pm, Playstation, Huntleigh Avenue, Penrith.

MANCHESTER YOUTH MUSIC ACTION ZONE: GMMAZ

• 26/10/06: Freestylin' MC Masterclass Beats provided by Peter Parker (Fingathing). 2-4pm, Nexus, Dale Street, Manchester, M1 1JW.

LIVERPOOL & MERSEYSIDE YOUTH MUSIC ACTION ZONE: MZONE

• 23 – 26/10/06: Oomph! The October Music Project 13 – 17 year olds. Workshops: 10.00 - 1.00pm and 2.00-4.30pm, Campion School, Prince Edwin Street, Liverpool L5 3RW. Finale Performance: 6-8pm, 26/10/06, The Crypt, Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.

LANCASHIRE YOUTH MUSIC ACTION ZONE: MORE MUSIC MORECAMBE
• 27/10/06: Open House at the Hothouse. Find out what happens in the big yellow building! Various times for performances and workshops.
